Associate Attorney, Leason Ellis LLP, White Plains, NY

Who we are:

World Trademark Review has described Leason Ellis as a “nimble boutique” with attorneys who “can easily go head to head with the elite of the IP scene.”  We think this sums us up nicely.  We are a young and growing firm headquartered in White Plains, New York.  Our top notch attorneys hail from “big law” and the top IP boutiques in Manhattan, but our approach to client service is uniquely our own.

Requirements - Who you are:

You are a motivated, knowledgeable trademark and copyright attorney with ~1 to 4 years of experience.  You have outstanding issue spotting skills, superior writing chops and a keen eye for detail.  You have business sense, common sense and the ability to advocate.  You’re articulate, and folks would describe you as collegial and fun.  You have the desire and capability to write an article or speak publicly once in a while.  You have excellent academic credentials, and you’re curious about what Leason Ellis could do for your career.

How to apply

Introduce yourself:

Please send your resume to Peter Sloane, who heads the Trademark and Copyright Practice Group at our firm, by e-mail to sloane@leasonellis.com.  No need for a cover letter, although it would be a good idea to say something attention getting or at least marginally interesting in the e-mail.
