This date poses potential legal challenges to rights ownership in entertainment properties, particularly in music and literary works. Will the next few years release a floodgate gushing with claims by authors for their reversions or will it go down in copyright law annals as one big yawn like the Y2K virus? A presentation by: Helene Freeman, Esq., Chair of Dorsey and Whitney’s Creative Industries Practice Group This Event is Free of Charge. Please join us for an after presentation networking reception.
