Jared Briant is a partner in Faegre Baker Daniels LLP's intellectual property litigation practice. His practice focuses on patent, copyright and trademark litigation, as well as other complex intellectual property matters in state and federal courts nationwide. Jared's cases include:

Blehm v. Jacobs (D. Colo.) — Litigation counsel for Life is good in copyright infringement case involving Life is good's "Jake" character. Obtained complete non-infringement summary judgment victory.

RMLS v. AHRN (D. Minn.) — Litigation counsel for RMLS in copyright infringement case concerning multiple listing service database and photographs. Obtained preliminary injunction on behalf of RMLS enjoining infringement of RMLS's copyrighted works.

Jibbitz v. Jinjiang Huakai Shoes & Garments Co. (D. Nev.) — Litigation counsel for Jibbitz in successfully obtaining seizure order, permanent injunction and $56 million judgment for multiple acts of copyright and trademark infringement arising out of sale of counterfeit footwear accessories.
