World Book & Copyright Day Essay Contest

Every April 23, we celebrate World Book and Copyright Day (WBCD). The event was established by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), to promote reading,
publishing and copyright.
In the spirit of the WBCD, we created an essay contest in an effort to harness the energy, creativity and initiative of our community. Essays must be 700 words or less offering an answer to:
What Will The Future Of Copyright Look Like?
The winner will be announced on April 23.
The winner will get a free membership to the Copyright Society of the USA.
· Essays must be 700 words or less in English
· Essays must be original and unpublished. Plagiarized entries will be rejected.
· Essays must be written by one person. Co-authored essays are not accepted.
· Entrant retains copyright to the essay subject to the Copyright Society of the USA non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, display, distribute and exhibit the essay for the purpose of announcing the winning essay on its website and social media platforms. Credit will be provided to the winner.
