7/22 in Seattle: Global Innovation Law Summit & Shidler Lecture by Maria Pallante

The University of Washington School of Law's Center for Advanced Study & Research on Innovation Policy will hold the 2016 Global Innovation Law Summit on July 22nd. The full-day Summit will be capped off by the annual Distinguished Shidler Lecture, which will be given by U.S. Register of Copyrights Maria Pallante, followed by a reception.

Register Pallante's topic will be "From Monkey Selfies to Open Source: The Essential Interplay of Creative Culture, Technology, Copyright Office Practice, and the Law."

The Global Innovation Law Summit "brings together thought leaders from around the world to discuss the most up-to-date issues confronting innovation economies (and aspiring knowledge-based economies)."
