CSUSA Members Jenevieve Maerker of Foley Hoag and Hillel Parness of Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi provide some perspective on the Turtles' class action lawsuit against SiriusXM satellite radio in The World Intellectual Property Review.  The sixties rock band charges Sirius with infringing thousands of artists’ copyright. 

Jenevieve and Hillel are members of our New England and New York Chapters, respectively.
