Suffolk University Law School will host "Emerging Issues in Social Media Liability," the 2014 Thomas Lambert Conference, on Friday, November 14, 2014.

Speakers will include Copyright Society Members Kimberly Herman and David Kluft.

Kimberly will be speaking on a panel about privacy issues, which will cover drafting privacy policies, the FTC perspective, recent litigation and settlements, EU data protection laws, revenge porn and identity theft

David's panel, "Potential Remedies for Negative/Defamatory Online Speech," will cover  online negative speech, defamation/commercial disparagement, the DMCA, the Lanham Act, right of publicity and more.
