The Copyright Alliance is partnering with New York-based law firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP to assist in finding potential clients for a trial skill externship program.

Through this initiative, Columbia law school students, under the supervision of Cravath attorneys David Marriott and David Kappos, will provide pro bono legal counsel on copyright issues to individuals and small businesses. The goal of the program is to teach trial skills to students in the context of copyright disputes.

The Copyright Alliance is seeking individuals and small business owners to apply to participate in the program. For more information, please visit the Copyright Alliance website. A flyer is also available for distribution.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee legal assistance. Cases will be chosen according to a mix of criteria.
