The U.S. Copyright Office and the Arts & Entertainment Advocacy Clinic at George Mason University School of Law have formed an academic partnership.

Law students at Mason Law’s Arts & Entertainment Advocacy Clinic, which is directed by CSUSA Member Sandra Aistars, will study how changes in the marketplace affect authors’ moral rights. They will also work with Copyright Office staff to learn about public inquiries the Office receives, such as inquiries regarding registration and recordation

In spring 2016, a joint symposium of the Copyright Office and Mason Law will be held, working with CSUSA Member organization the Center for the Protection of Intellectual Property (CPIP) of Mason Law.
