How to Connect

Instructions for joining the sessions and social events will be emailed to registrants prior to the start of the meeting.

After researching several technologies, we believe that Zoom is the best platform to host the 2020 meeting. We know that some members may have concerns using Zoom (or, for that matter, any virtual platform). But with Zoom's recent security and privacy updates, server capacity, and ease of use, we are confident that it is robust and secure enough for our needs.

For helpful tips on using Zoom and getting started, please refer to our Zoom Guide.
